At noon on September 27, 2024, Brad Knife and Saw, the company of Chamber of Commerce member Tu Shaohong, held a signing ceremony with the Management Committee of Xianning High-tech Zone, and officially settled Brad's production base in Xianning.

On the same day, Wang Linxia, member of the Party Working Committee of Xianning High-tech Zone and deputy director of the Management Committee, Lu Zeng, deputy director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Xianning High-tech Zone, Xu Dan, vice chairman of Xianning Federation of Industry and Commerce, relevant persons in charge of Xianning Survey and Architectural Design Institute, Liu Congfu, executive president of Shanghai Xianning Chamber of Commerce and chairman of Ejia Technology, Tu Shaohong, member of Chamber of Commerce, and Brad's senior management team, Qiao Xi, secretary general of Chamber of Commerce, and others attended the signing ceremony.

Wang Linxia, deputy director of High-tech Zone, presided over the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. She said that Xianning High-tech Zone has obvious location advantages. It is an important node in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, an important logistics radiation channel connecting the north and the south and the east and the west, and an important economic growth zone with great potential, vitality and explosive power. We welcome Mr. Tu's company to settle in the high-tech zone. Xianning High-tech Zone will do its best to serve Brad Company and promote the early start, early production and early results of the project.

Sichuan Brad Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Tu Shaohong, an entrepreneur from Xianning. As a leader in the cutting knife and saw industry, the company's products not only cover all parts of the country, but also are exported to more than 20 overseas markets such as Russia, France and Germany. The total investment of the project is expected to be 60 million yuan. After completion, it is expected to generate an annual tax of 5 million yuan, an output value of 80 million yuan, and drive more than 100 people to employment. The successful implementation of this project will meet the demand for mass production of orders, open up foreign trade sales channels, and promote the upgrading of the knife and saw industry and employment growth.

This project was matched by the Shanghai Xianning Chamber of Commerce. The Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce fully played the role of a bridge and actively connected and communicated with the company, laying a solid foundation for the successful settlement of the project.

Xu Dan, vice chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, said that Brad's return to his hometown to invest and build a factory is not only a recognition of the investment environment of Xianning High-tech Zone, but also another example of close cooperation and common development between the Federation of Industry and Commerce and private enterprises. In the future, the Federation of Industry and Commerce will continue to actively promote more high-quality projects to settle locally and help Xianning's private economy develop with high quality.

Shanghai Xianning Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit social organization voluntarily initiated by enterprises registered (or registered) in Shanghai by legal persons or natural persons from Xianning, Hubei.

In December 2021, the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of Shanghai Xianning Chamber of Commerce was established, and Liu Shengli, general manager of Kaicheng Intelligent, served as the director of the committee; in December 2021, the Shanghai Social Organization Administration organized an on-site assessment of the standardized construction of social organizations, and the Chamber of Commerce obtained 3A qualification; in December 2023, the Chibi Branch of Shanghai Xianning Chamber of Commerce was established, and Liu Congfu, chairman of Ejia Technology, was elected as the president of the Chibi Branch. Xianning’s talent work liaison station in Shanghai is located in this association.
