1. Composite structure: Adopting a split type composite design, through quenching heat treatment process, the back (backing material) and teeth of the saw blade as a whole achieve high hardness (usually HRC 45-55+), with a lifespan several times or even more than ten times that of ordinary bimetallic saw blades, and are resistant to bending and deformation.

2. Precision tooth profile technology: Accurately control the front angle, back angle, tooth pitch (including variable tooth pitch design), tooth height and other parameters to adapt to the cutting characteristics of different materials (such as chip removal, cutting force, surface smoothness requirements).
