Product Features

1. Composite structure: Adopting a flexible high-strength alloy steel matrix+diamond/CBN superhard abrasive dual particle size combination, while meeting the requirements of flexibility, strength, and wear resistance, greatly extending the service life.

2. Precision tooth profile technology: Through advanced manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, precision grinding, and electroplating control, the tooth profile is ensured to be consistent and not prone to sanding, achieving "cold state" cutting. Multiple tooth profiles including continuous teeth and Great Wall teeth are available for selection.

3. Multi scenario application design: It can be used both dry and wet, with a maximum dry cutting temperature of 1900 ℃. Hard and sticky materials can be sawed.
